I ordered chocolates from Godiva last week, and overall the site got the job done. I was shopping in the evening after work, and I noticed a few pages felt a bit slow to load. When I was looking at different gift options, some of the product details took more clicks than I expected to find. Checkout on my phone also wasn’t the smoothest, especially near the end. It wasn’t a bad experience by any means, just a little less easy than I thought it would be. I’d probably use the site again, especially if I already knew exactly what I wanted to buy...

My delivery got messed up, which was annoying enough, but of course it happened right when I actually needed the order. Support did eventually sort it out after a few back-and-forth emails, so I’ll give them credit for fixing it. Still, the timing was poor and made the whole thing more stressful than it needed to be. It turned out okay in the end, but not exactly a smooth experience.

My friend recommended this to me, and I’m glad they did. There are so many flavors to pick from, and the ones I’ve tried have been really good.

The chocolate was really good, no complaints there. Shipping just took longer than I expected, which was a little annoying but not a huge deal. I’d probably order again, just not if I needed it quickly

My order showed up on time, and the chocolates looked good overall. The box had a small dent on one corner, but as far as I could tell, nothing inside was broken or melted. I probably would’ve liked a little more padding, but i’m still happy with it.

The box showed up in perfect shape, which I really appreciated. You can tell they didn’t cut corners on the packaging, that feels like the right way to take care of customers. Everything was sturdy and protected really well.

I can't say I don't like the variety, they've got a good mix overall. I just wish there were more dark options to choose from

The shipping showed up on time, nothing was melted or broken, and the packaging looked really nice too. My friend loved them, so... yeah, that made it feel worth it. They’re definitely a little pricey, but for a special gift, I didn’t mind. I’d order again for sure.

I mean, to be fair, the chocolates arrived in decent shape and the box itself did look nice. It just wasn’t quite as polished as the pictures on the website made it seem. A few of the pieces had moved around, and the ribbon was a little loose, so the first impression wasn’t as impressive as I was expecting. It’s still totally fine as a gift, and I’m not saying it was bad, but I do think the packaging could be a bit better.

I tried it and the chocolate tasted really good. I’d say I finished it in about 5 minutes because the flavor was that nice. Definitely something I’d buy again.

They told me what to do in a straightforward way, and the refund showed up a few days later. I don’t know if it always goes that smoothly, but in my case there wasn’t any annoying back and forth, which I definitely appreciated

I ordered some truffles from godiva.com i kind of regret it. The flavor wasn’t bad, but the chocolate shells had this waxy feel that threw me off, and the filling was thicker than I expected. It just didn’t have that smooth, rich texture I was hoping for.

I ordered one of the holiday chocolate boxes to keep on the kitchen counter, they were really good. My favorite was the darker chocolate one with the little festive wrapper, though my husband kept grabbing the milk chocolate pieces while making coffee in the morning. Shipping took a bit longer than I expected, so I was starting to wonder if it got stuck somewhere, but it did arrive in good shape. Overall, nice seasonal treat, just a little pricey for the amount you get.

The chocolate was really nice, no complaints there, but the delivery fee felt kind of wild for such a small order. Maybe it was because of my location or something, I'm not totally sure, but I nearly backed out at checkout. I'd probably only order again if there was a free shipping promo

The chocolate tastes good, for sure. No complaints there. But for the price, I was expecting cleaner ingredients. A couple of the flavors were a little too sweet too. Not quite as premium as I remember. Still decent for gifting, just not something that totally wowed me.
